NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 15, 2024, and entered in Case No. 2024-CA-000228 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Highlands County, Florida in which U.S. Bank Trust National Assocaition, Not In Its Individual Capacity But Solely As Owner Trustee For RCAF Acquisition Trust, is the Plaintiff and Joseph Gialanella; Highlands County, MV Realty PBC, LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company; are defendants, the Highlands County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the Jury Assembly in the basement, Highlands County Courthouse, 430 South Commerce Avenue, Sebring, FL 33870, Highlands County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 5th day of December, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:

LOT 10, BLOCK 2, OF MARY JANE MANOR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 46, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HIGHLANDS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
