LP WTP GST REPLACEMENT

CITY OF LAKE BUTLER, FLORIDA
Sealed Bids for the construction of the LP WTP GST Replacement project will be received by the City of Lake Butler, Florida at the office of the City Clerk, 200 SW 1st Street, Lake Butler, Florida 32054, until December 20, 2024, at 2:00 pm local time. At that time, the Bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud.
The Project includes the following Work: Construction of a new 200,000-gallon Ground Storage Tank (GST) at the City’s Water Treatment Plant (WTP), along with incidental site work, piping, and minor electrical work.
Bids are requested for the following Contract: LP WTP GST Replacement, DEP Agreement No. LPA0314
The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Mittauer & Associates, Inc., 580-1 Wells Road, Orange Park, Florida 32073, (904) 278-0030. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office, Monday through Friday, and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below.
Bidding Documents will be provided electronically as portable document format (PDF) files and as printed Bidding Documents, both for a non-refundable charge of $100 per set payable to “Mittauer & Associates, Inc.” Upon Issuing Office’s receipt of payment, the digital files will be emailed, and the printed Bidding Documents will be sent via UPS Ground. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.
Bidding Documents also may be examined at the City Hall, 200 SW 1st Street, Lake Butler, Florida 32054, (386) 496-3401, Monday through Friday.
Bid security must be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
