Royal Wood Golf & Country Club LOMR, Case No. 24-04-2903P

The Collier County Community Planning & Resiliency Division hereby gives notice of the County's intent to revise the flood hazard information in the area generally located west of Santa Barbara Blvd, north of Rattlesnake Hammock Rd, south of Whitaker Rd and east of County Barn Rd. Specifically, the flood hazard information shall be revised within the Royal Wood Golf & Country Club community.

As a result of the revision, the 1% annual chance water-surface elevations shall increase, decrease, and be established; the 1% annual chance floodplain shall widen, narrow, and be established within the area of revision.

Maps and detailed analysis of the revision can be reviewed at the Growth Management office at 2800 Horseshoe Dr. N, Naples, FL 34104. Interested persons may call Howard Critchfield, Engineering Manager, at 239-252-5858 between 8:30am and 5pm, Monday-Friday for additional information.
