Biltmore Construction Co., Inc. (CGC1510148) is the Construction Manager for the MSFM-02203430 - FDLE Miami, Window Trim Re-attachment, 1030 NW 111th Avenue, Miami, Florida 33162. Work includes the removal of existing window mullion pressure plates and mechanically reattaching them. Also replacement of missing pressure plates. A mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on December 13, 2024 @ 10:00am at the project site. Prior to attending the Pre-Bid Meeting, all persons must apply for and pass a DMS background check. Sealed bids are due to Biltmore Construction, 1055 Ponce de Leon Blvd., Belleair, FL 33756, Attn: Craig Levine on or before January 8, 2025.
