NOTICE OF APPLICATION

The Department of Environmental Protection announces receipt of an application for permit from Osceola Organics, LLC to construct a new biosolids treatment facility which would process 105,000 dry tons of biosolids per year. The proposed project is located at latitude 27 degrees 16' 2" N, longitude 81 degrees 59' 46" W on W Hwy 70, Arcadia, Florida 34266 in DeSoto County. The Department has assigned permit file number FLAB07481-001-DW1S to the proposed project.
