Notice is given that in accordance with the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on November 20, 2024, in Case No.: 2024-CC-900, of the County Court for Hernando County, Florida, in which TAMI KEDVES, unknown spouse of TAMI KEDVES, unknown TENANT #1, n/k/a DAVID CHAPKOWSKI, and unknown TENANT #2, the names being fictitious to account for unknown parties in possession, were the Defendants and BROOKRIDGE COMMUNITY PROPERTY OWNERS, INC., the Plaintiff, Doug Chorvat, Jr., Hernando County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at a public sale at the Hernando County Courthouse, 20 N. Main St, outside Room 245, Brooksville, FL 34601, at 11:00 a.m. on the 7th day of January, 2025, the following real property:

Lots 21 and 22, Block 61, BROOKRIDGE COMMUNITY Unit 4, as per plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 16, Pages 14 through 21, Public Records of Hernando County, Florida.

Together with a RAMA double wide mobile home VIN 20620199SA and 20620199SB.
