Marchman Act involuntary commitments.b. Jury Duty scheduled for Wednesday, October 9, 2024 and Thursday, October 10, 2024, is cancelled.c. All foreclosure sales currently scheduled for Wednesday, October 9, 2024 and Thursday, October 10, 2024, are cancelled and shall be shall be rescheduled by the Clerk of the Courts.(3) Notwithstanding paragraphs (1) and (2), the following court operations willcontinue as follows:a. First appearance hearings on Wednesday, October 9, 2024 and Thursday, October 10, 2024 will follow a weekend schedule with Judge Michele Ricca presiding. This docket may be held via Zoom.b. Dependency Shelter Hearings: Petitions should be emailed to the on-duty shelter judge for Dependency Shelter Hearings on Wednesday morning, October 9, 2024 and Thursday morning, October 10, 2024. If probable cause is found, the parties will be directed to appear for an in-person hearing on Friday, October 11, 2024, when the courthouse is anticipated to reopen.c. Juvenile Detention hearings for Wednesday, October 9, 2024 and Thursday, October 10, 2024, will be held by Zoom in First Appearance at 8:30 A.M. before the Honorable, Judge Michele Ricca. Everyone, including juveniles, must appear via ZOOM.d.
