NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to that certain Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 17, 2024 and Order Granting Plaintiffs Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated November 25, 2024, in Case No. 24-CA-000025, of the Circuit Court in and for Sumter County, Florida, wherein EMH Jr Investments, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, is the Plaintiff and Tracy Patrick, Continental Country Club, R.O., Inc., a Florida not for profit corporation, Discover Bank and JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., are the Defendants, Glorida R. Hayward, Sumter County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an in person sale at 215 E McCollum Avenue, Room 333, Bushnell, Florida beginning at 10:00 A.M., on the 26th day of December 2024, the following described property set forth in that certain Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 17, 2024:

Lot 7, Block 19, CONTINENTAL CAMPER RESORTS, INCORPORATED SUBDIVISION REPLAT OF UNIT ONE, according to the plat recorded in Plat Book 3, Pages 52, 52A through 52H, of the Public Records of Sumter County, Florida.

Together with that certain 1978 West doublewide mobile home, ID #S 4197A and 4197B, Title #s 15668181 & 15668182, RP Decal #s R442578 & R442580 which is permanently affixed to the real property in accordance with Florida Statute 319.261
