NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

A Public Hearing of the Putnam County Zoning Board of Adjustment will be held Wednesday, December 18, 2024, at 3:00 p.m., in the Board of County Commissioners Meeting Room, located at 2509 Crill Avenue, Suite 100, Palatka, Florida, to consider the following applications under the provisions of the Putnam County Land Development Code:

Case No. AA24-000001: Application for appeal of an administrative decision by Patrick Kennedy, Agent for the property owner Magnolia Dunes LLC appealing an administrative decision for a lot split less than 10 acres located within a special flood hazard area within the Agriculture Future Land Use Designation. The property is zoned Agriculture and consists of 284.23 +/- acres, located at 306 County Road 310, Palatka, FL 32177, parcel # 15-11-25-0000-0200-0020.
