Notice of Emergency Meeting

The Lake St. Charles Community Development District (LSC CDD) will hold an emergency meeting at the Lake St. Charles Clubhouse, located at 6801 Colonial Lake Drive, Riverview, FL 33578. This emergency meeting will be held on December 17, 2024 at 7:00 p.m.

The purpose of the emergency meeting is to discuss immediate Financial concerns (Grant default/request extension), appoint legal counsel, budget and continuity concerns within the District.

This emergency meeting is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida Law for Community Development Districts and Section 286 of the Florida Statutes.

Persons with disabilities needing special accommodations to participate in any LSC CDD meeting may call the LSC CDD District Office at 813 741-9768 at least 48 hours before the meeting.

According to Section 286.0105 of the Florida Statutes, any person desiring to appeal any decision made by the LSC CDD with respect to any matter considered at this meeting will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.

On December 24, 2024 this Notice of Emergency Meeting was published in the Hillsborough County Version of the Tampa Bay Times.
