BOARD MEETING NOTICE

DECEMBER 19, 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the regularly scheduled meeting of the Sebring Airport Authoritys Board of Directors for the 3rd Thursday of the month (12/19/24) will not be held. All business that would have taken place at that meeting will be discussed at the January 16, 2025 meeting.

Pursuant to Section 286.0105 of the Florida Statutes, as amended, both SAA and CRA hereby advise that if any interested person decides to appeal any decision made by those boards with respect to any matter considered at the proceedings, he or she will need a record of the proceeding and that, for such purpose, he or she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. SAA and CRA also give notice that the Chairman of the Boards is authorized to cancel or postpone any scheduled meeting by directing the Executive Director to so inform all Board Members, the press, and any other necessary parties.
