NOTICE OF MEETING SCHEDULE
The Charlotte County Airport Authority proposed meeting schedule for 2025 is as follows, unless otherwise published: January 16, February 20, April 17, May 15, June 19, July 31, August 21, September 18, October 16, November 20. All meetings will be held at 9:00 a.m. at Punta Gorda Airport, 7375 Utilities Road, Building 313, Punta Gorda, Florida. Anyone wanting to appeal against an official decision made on any subject at the meeting must have a verbatim record of the meeting and their appeal must include the testimony and evidence on which the appeal is based.

In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act and Florida Statute 286.26, if you are a person with a disability who needs any accommodation in order to participate in this meeting, you are entitled, at no cost to you, to the provision of certain assistance. In accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, upon request, the CCAA will provide translation or interpretation services, free of charge. El calendario de reuniones propuesto por la Autoridad Aeroportuaria del Condado de Charlotte para 2025 es el siguiente, a menos que se publique lo contrario: 16 de enero, 20 de febrero, 17 de abril, 15 de mayo, 19 de junio, 31 de julio, 21 de agosto, 18 de septiembre, 16 de octubre, 20 de noviembre.
