BRADSHAW, as Sheriff of Palm Beach County, Florida, seized One Hundred Seventy Thousand Five Hundred Twenty-Three Dollars ($170,523.00) of United States Currency subsequent to two lawful searches in Palm Beach County, Florida, and he has filed a Complaint, by undersigned counsel, in Circuit Court in the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, on November 26, 2024, for the purpose of obtaining a Final Order of Forfeiture pursuant to the Florida Contraband Forfeiture Act, sections 932.701 through 932.7062, Florida Statutes.
