All bidders on this project must pre-qualify with the Construction Manager Seven (7) Business Days prior to bid date. Pre-qualification forms are included with the Bid Documents and can be found on the Childers Construction FTP website at www.childers-construction.com. Every subcontractor must be Pre-Qualified for 2024 to bid this project. Contact Tawni Glover to verify your status.

A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 10:00 am on Tuesday, January 7, 2025 at the Fine Arts Building on the Florida State University Main Campus: 530 W. Call Street, Tallahassee, FL 32306. Parking is limited, please plan ahead. Meet outside at the Main Entrance.

Sealed Bids will be received by the Construction Manager until 2:00pm on Thursday, January 23, 2025 at the Childers Construction Office: 3472 Weems Road, Tallahassee, FL 32317. Childers Construction Company reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive informalities in any bid. Bids should be submitted electronically to bids@childers-construction.com or hand delivered.
