REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Callaway will receive sealed proposals

from qualified vendors to provide services for TYNDALL PARKWAY BEAUTIFICATION-

PARKER MEDIANS

BID NO.: CM2024-24.

Bid packets may be picked up at Callaway City Hall, Office of the City Clerk,

6601 E. Highway 22, Callaway, FL or downloaded from the Citys website at

www.cityofcallaway.com/316/bids or www.vendorregistry.com .

Minority and womens business enterprises are hereby solicited to bid on this

contract as prime contractors and are encouraged to make inquiries regarding

potential subcontracting opportunities and equipment, material and/or supply

needs. All bidders must make positive efforts to use small and minority-owned

business and women business enterprises.

All paper bids/proposals must be submitted on the forms included in the packet,

properly sealed, and plainly marked TYNDALL PARKWAY BEAUTIFICATION- PARKER

MEDIANS BID NO.: CM2024-24. to the Office of the City Clerk as directed in the

bid packet. Emailed submissions will not be accepted. All paper bids/proposals

must be submitted no later than TUESDAY, JANUARY 21, 2025, by 10:00 A.M . Late

proposals will not be accepted.

The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, to waive

any irregularity in the proposals or proposal procedure, and will award the

proposal to the lowest, most responsive, responsible bidder according to the

citys needs as determined by the City Commission.
