Notice of Sheriffs Sale - Personal Property

NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to a Writ of Execution issued in the Circuit Court of Sumter County, Florida, on the 29 day of August 2024, in the cause wherein Casita, L.P., derivatively on behalf of Maplewood Equity Partners (Offshore) LTD., was plaintiff and Robert V. Glaser, Maplewood Holdings LLC, Maplewood Management LP, and Maplewood Partners LP, was defendant-judgment debtors, and Maplewood Equity Partners (Offshore) LTD., was nominal defendant, being case number 2020CA000292, in said Court, I, Sheriff William O. Farmer, Jr. as Sheriff of Sumter County, Florida have levied upon all the right, title and interest of the defendant, in and to the following described personal property to wit:

LOT #1

Four (4) U.S. Gold American Eagle 4-piece coin sets (one from 1988, one from 1989, and two from 1993), each containing 1/10-ounce ($5.00), 1/4-ounce ($10.00), 1/2-ounce ($25.00), and 1-ounce ($50.00) coins

Two (2) U.S. Gold American Eagle 2-piece coin sets (from 1987), each containing 1-ounce and 1/2-ounce gold bullion coins

LOT# 2

One (1) U.S. Commemorative Mount Rushmore 3-piece coin set (from 1991) containing $5.00-gold, $1.00-silver, and $0.50-silver coins

Two (2) U.S. Commemorative Constitution 2-piece coin sets (from1987), each containing $5.00-gold and $1.00-silver coins

Two (2) U.S. Commemorative Olympic 2-piece coin sets (from 1988), each containing $5.00-gold and $1.00-silver coins

One (1) U.S. Commemorative World War II 50th Anniversary 3-piece coin set (from 1995), including a $5.00-gold coin

Said property shall not be viewable to the public until an hour before scheduled sale time and is only viewable in the presence of a Deputy Sheriff conducting the sale. All bidders must have their drivers license with them and must register with the Civil Clerk at the location of sale prior to start time of the sale.

I shall offer this property for sale, at the Sumter County Public Safety Center (Sumter County Sheriffs Office) located at 250 E. McCollum Ave., Bushnell, Florida 33513 in the County of Sumter, State of Florida, on the 28th day of January, 2025 at the hour of 10:00 AM, or as soon thereafter as possible. I will offer for sale all the said defendants right, title, and interest in the aforesaid personal property at public auction and will sell the same subject to all taxes, prior liens, encumbrances, and judgments, if any, to the highest and best bidder for CASH IN HAND.

The proceeds to be applied as far as may be to the payment of costs and the satisfaction of the

above described execution.
