Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a writ of execution heretofore issued out of the Circuit, Duval County, Florida, Case No CA23-8776 on 17 May 2023, in the matter of Walid Maaliki vs Bhaumeek P Harmani and Gunjun A Harmani, I, Robert A. Hardwick, as Sheriff of Saint Johns County, Florida, have levied upon all the right, title and interest of the defendant(s) Bhaumeek P Harmani and Gunjun A Harmani and Third Party Manubhai R Amin to-wit: Real property as follows:

Unit No. 309, In Building 540, of Florida Club, aCondominium, according to The Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 2167, Page 1641, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, Public Records of St. Johns County, Florida.
