NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT PURSUANT TO A WRIT OF EXECUTION heretofore issued out of the County Court, Baker County, Florida, Case No. 02-2007-cc-000366 on September 10, 2024, in the matter of CHASE BANK U.S.A. N.A. vs GEORGE W. KNABB JR. As Sheriff of Baker County, Florida, has levied up on all the right, title and interest of the defendant GEORGE W. KNABB JR to wit:

and on January 16, 2025 at 11:00 AM, or as soon thereafter as circumstances permit, at the Baker County Sheriff’s Office, located at 1 Sheriff’s Office Drive, Macclenny, Fl 32063 I will offer for sale all of the defendants rights, title and interest in the aforesaid person property, at public auction and will sell the same, subject to taxes, all prior liens, encumbrances and judgments, if any, to the highest and best bidder for CASH IN HAND. The proceeds to be applied as far as may be to the payment of costs and the satisfaction of the above-described execution.
