NOTICE OF REGULAR BOARD MEETING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors (Board) of the Fellsmere Water Control District (District) will hold a Regular Board Meeting (Meeting) on January 9, 2025, at 5:30 p.m. in the City of Fellsmere Offices located at 22 N. Orange Street, Fellsmere, Florida 32948.

The purpose of the Regular Board Meeting is for the Board to address any business which may lawfully & properly come before the Board. The meeting is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law. There may be occasions when Board Members or District Staff may participate by speaker telephone. A copy of the Agenda for the meeting may be obtained from the Districts website (www.fellsmerewatercontroldistrict.org) or by contacting the District Manager at (772) 571-0640.

Any person requiring special accommodations at this meeting because of a disability or physical impairment should contact the District Managers Office at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the meeting. Each person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at the meeting is advised that person will need a record of proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
