Request for Proposals (RFP) for Restoration and Repair of First Presbyterian Church of Wewahitchka

The First Presbyterian Church of Wewahitchka is seeking qualified contractors to submit proposals for the restoration and repair of the church building, which was damaged by Hurricane Michael. The scope of work includes structural repairs, lead abatement, HVAC system replacement, and other necessary repairs to restore the building to its pre-disaster condition while ensuring compliance with current building codes and standards.

Submission Deadline: January 23, 2025, at 2:00pm CST.

Mandatory Site Visit: A mandatory site visit will be held on January 13, 2025 at 10:00 am CST. Meet at the project site: 328 Highway 71 South, Main St. Wewahitchka, FL 32465.

Proposal Submission: All proposals must be submitted by email to Carol Wood at woodrink@gmail.com. No submittal will be accepted by mail. Proposals submitted by mail will be marked non-responsive. Submittals shall be marked clearly with the Request for Qualifications number, Request for Qualifications name, closing date and time, on the cover page and in the email subject line.
