PASCO COUNTY MOSQUITO CONTROL DISTRICT
INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PURCHASE OF SURPLUS REAL PROPERTY
FUTURE CAMPUS PROPERTY
The Pasco County Mosquito Control District (District) is requesting bids from any individual or entity (Bidder) for the purchase of District-owned surplus real property located in central Pasco County on the west side of US 41, described as follows:

The parcel described above is referred to as the Property. The Property will not be divided. There is no minimum bid on the Property, and sale is contingent upon successful closing within ninety (90) days of the Effective Date of the Purchase and Sale Agreement. There will be no financing; cash only. A deposit in the amount of 10% of the bid amount is due at the time of bid submission.
The Property is being conveyed in AS IS, WHERE IS CONDITION. The District does not make or imply any warranties, guarantees, or representations as to the accuracy of the information provided. Conveyance is by quit claim deed. Surplus land sales are in accordance with Chapter 388, Florida Statutes, and its administrative rules; Chapter 2005-322, Laws of Florida, and District Resolution No. 2024-03.
Bids shall be submitted in accordance with the Invitation to Bid (ITB Documents) using the various forms included in the ITB Documents, which may be obtained at no charge by contacting Executive Director Adriane Rogers, at Pasco County Mosquito Control District 2308 Marathon Rd, Odessa, FL 33556, or via email at ARogers@pascomosquito.org. The ITB Documents will also be posted on the Districts website at www.pascomosquito.org.
Bids must be submitted in writing at the address listed below no later than NOON EST on FEBRUARY 12, 2025, to:

At said place and time, and promptly thereafter, all Bids that have been duly received in accordance with the ITB Documents will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids received after NOON EST ON FEBRUARY 12, 2025, will be returned to Bidder unopened. The District reserves the right to waive any and all irregularities, and to reject all bids that are not deemed to be in the Districts best interest to ensure that the District is being properly compensated for the Property. Bids containing contingencies relating to the purchase, closing, or bid shall be rejected as non-responsive. All Bidders must agree to enter into a Purchase and Sale Agreement included within the ITB Documents within five (5) days of the Districts electronic notification of its decision to the responsible Bidder whose bid has been accepted by the Districts Board of Commissioners. All bids will be considered binding on the Bidder for a period of ninety (90) days after the date of bid opening.
All questions related to this ITB shall be directed in writing to Executive Director Adriane Rogers, at Pasco County Mosquito Control District,
2308 Marathon Rd, Odessa, FL 33556, or via email at ARogers@pascomosquito.org. Copies of submitted questions and responses can be obtained by submitting a request in writing to Executive Director Adriane Rogers at the above-referenced address or email. The final cut-off date/time for all questions shall be JANUARY 29, 2025 AT NOON EST. Questions received after the cut-off date/time for all questions will not be considered.
The District shall not be responsible for oral interpretations given by any employee, representative, or others. The issuance of a written addendum or the posting of questions asked/answered are the only official method whereby interpretation, clarification, or additional information can be given. If any addenda are issued to the ITB Documents, the District will post any addenda to the Districts website at www.pascomosquito.org; however, it shall be the responsibility of the Bidder, prior to submitting a bid, to review the Districts website to determine if any addenda were issued and to make such addenda a part of its bid.
Bidders are hereby placed on notice of the existence of the Districts Surplus Property Policy (Policy), dated December 10th, 2024, and are considered to be on constructive notice of all provisions contained therein. A copy is available at the Districts Office at 2308 Marathon Rd, Odessa, FL 33556.
