COOK BROTHERS, INC. (CBI), FL. GENERAL CONTRACTOR LICENSE NO. CGC-046567, the Construction Manager for the following project, is seeking bids from all qualified bidders.

PROJECT: (Florida Dept. of Management Services) Capital Circle Office Center (CCOC), Florida Dept. of Health Exterior Masonry. CCOC 4052 Building located at 4052 Bald Cypress Way, Tallahassee, FL

DESCRIPTION: Masonry brick veneer and gypsum board repair.

PREBID MEETING DATE: January 30, 2025; 10:00 AM Eastern Time, meeting outside of the building entrance. DO NOT DISTURB OCCUPANTS.

SEALED BIDS are DUE in the Cook Brothers, Inc. office no later than Thursday February 6th at 2:00 PM, Eastern Time. Late bids will not be accepted. Only sealed bids, submitted on Cook Brothers, Inc. Bid Forms only will be accepted.

BID BONDS AND PERFORMANCE & PAYMENT BONDS: All bids of $100,000 or more require a 5% Bid Bond or Cashier's Check. All contracts of $100,000 or more will require a Performance & Payment Bond, provided on a Cook Brothers, Inc. bond form, which can be found on our website.
