NOTICE OF HEARING
The FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, DISTRICT SEVEN ANNOUNCES

Thursday, January 23, 2025. Open House: 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm, Formal Presentation: 6:30 pm, followed by a public comment period.

You are invited to attend and participate in the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), District Seven, Public Hearing for the US 41 (SR 45) at SR 54 from south of the SR 54 intersection to north of the SR 54 intersection in Pasco County, Florida Project Development and Environment (PD&E) Study. This hearing is being held to allow interested persons the opportunity to provide comments concerning the traffi patterns, design, and social, economic, and environmental effects of the proposed improvements. The Preferred Alternative is a Single Point Urban Interchange (SPUI) providing an interchange with SR 54 elevated over US 41.
This Public Hearing is being conducted both in-person and virtually to present information to and receive public input from interested persons regarding the proposed improvements. Citizens who choose to attend the virtual hearing session must do so through a computer, tablet or smartphone via GoToWebinar. Department representatives will be available at the public hearing beginning at 5:30 p.m. to answer questions and discuss the project informally. Draft project documents and other project related materials will be displayed, and a PowerPoint video presentation will run continuously during the hearing. All exhibits or statements must be postmarked or emailed no later than February 3, 2025 become part of the official public record.
Draft project documents will be available for public review from Thursday, January 2, 2025 to Monday, February 3, 2025, at the locations listed below and on the project website. Maps, drawings, project video, and other project information will be available for review online starting on January 20, 2025 at http://active.fdotd7studies.com/sr54/us41-at-sr54/ and at the hearing session on January 23, 2025.
