NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 11/12/2024, and entered in Case No. 23000844CAMXAX of the Circuit Court of the First Judicial Circuit in and for Santa Rosa County, Florida wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is the Plaintiff and FREDA A. COKER; FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION, is/are Defendant(s), Donald C. Spencer, Santa Rosa County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.santarosa.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. Central Time on February 12, 2025 the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 19, BLOCK U OF ROUNDUP VALLEY SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK B, PAGE 160, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SANTA ROSA COUNTY, FLORIDA
Commonly known as: 6837 OLD WEST LN, MILTON, FL 32570
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim with the Clerk no later than the date that the Clerk reports the funds as unclaimed. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
If the sale is set aside, the Purchaser may be entitled to only a return of the sale deposit less any applicable fees and costs and shall have no other recourse against the Mortgagor, the Mortgagee or the Mortgagee's attorney.
