NOTICE OF MEETING

ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW COMMITTEE

VILLAGE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICTS 1 THROUGH 15 AND VILLAGE CENTER COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT FOR THE LADY LAKE/ LAKE COUNTY PORTION OF THE VILLAGES

The regular meeting of the Architectural Review Committee for Districts 1-10 and Village Center Community Development District for the Lady Lake/Lake County Portion of The Villages is held every Wednesday, at 8:30 A.M. at the District Office Board Room, 3571 Kiessel Road, The Villages, Florida 32163. The regular meeting for the Architectural Review Hearing Officer for Districts 11-15 is held every Wednesday, at 1:00 P.M. at the Franklin Recreation Center, 6716 Meggison Road, The Villages, Florida 32163. The meetings are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida Law for Community Development Districts. Seven days prior to each meeting the agenda and supporting documentation identifying the properties requesting modification approvals may be viewed at the District Office, Community Standards Department, 3571 Kiessel Road, The Villages, Florida 32163 or www.districtgov.org.

Each person who decides to appeal any action taken at these meetings is advised that person will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
