Invitation to submit Proposals for Grant Writing Services

Scope of Work: The Pasco County Housing Authority (PCHA) Dade City, Florida is requesting proposals to provide a variety of Grant Writing Services.

Proposed Schedule:

January 21, 2025 - Issue Invitation to submit proposals.

February 4, 2025 -Question deadline, all questions should be directed to procurement@pascocountyhousing.org. All questions will be responded to with an addendum to this solicitation.

February 17, 2025 RFP Responses will be received at the PCHA Office no later than 2:00pm (EST).

Responses will be held in confidence and not released to public review until after final award is made. No responses will be accepted after 2:00 P.M. EST.

Copies of the RFP packet may be downloaded from Procurement Pasco County Housing Authority click on Invitations to Bid or by emailing procurement@pascocountyhousing.org.

PCHA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY OR ALL PROPOSALS IF SUCH ACTION IS IN THE BEST INTEREST OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY AND TO WAIVE ANY AND ALL INFORMALITIES AND MINOR IRREGULARITIES. THE PCHA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THE SOLICITATION FOR ANY REASON IT DEEMS IS IN THE BEST INTEREST OF PCHA.
