INVITATION TO BID

RAM Construction & Development, LLC. (RAM), SL# CGC-062608, Construction Manager for the project known as Florida A&M University South Substation Reliability Upgrades, located in Tallahassee, Florida, is soliciting proposals from pre-qualified trade contractors for the following bid packages:

16A ?? Electrical

RAM will receive sealed proposals for these bid packages based on Construction Documents provided by H2 Engineering, Inc.

All bidders are required to be pre-qualified prior to submitting a proposal. Construction Documents will be available for distribution from the following reprographic establishments: Seminole Blueprint and The Blueprint Shop (both located in Tallahassee, FL.).

A mandatory Pre-Bid Conference for this bid package will be held at FAMU South Substation (200 W Orange Avenue) on Tuesday, February 5, 2025 at 2:30PM EST. Bid packages will be available for distribution from the Construction Manager on February 3, 2025. Sealed proposals will be received by RAM at our corporate office located at 20 RAM Blvd, Midway, FL. 32343, until the time listed below. Proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud. Proposals received after this time will not be accepted.

BID OPENING DATE & TIME: February 12th, 2025 @ 2:00 PM EST

RAM reserves the right to accept or reject any/all proposal(s) in the best interest of the Florida A&M University or RAM Construction & Development.
