INVITATION TO BID

Port LaBelle Community Development District will accept sealed bid proposals up to 2:00 P.M, February 25, 2025, to raise the roadbed and resurface 815 feet of road in Port LaBelle Plat Unit 8 in Hendry County, Florida. This project is titled: 2025-001 Road Project Castle Circle

Plans, specifications, and related material may be obtained from the office of the ENGINEER. The ENGINEER can be contacted at the office of Johnson-Prewitt & Associates, Inc., 850 West Ventura Avenue, Post Office Box 1029, Clewiston, Florida 33440 c/o Tommy Perry, P.E. or by email at tperry@johnsonprewitt.com. There is a $75 fee for paper copies of the bid documents. There is no fee to receive the bid documents electronically.

To mail the sealed bid using the United States Postal Service, mail to: Attention 2025-001 Road Project Castle Circle Post Office Box 1605, LaBelle, FL 33975-1605 or hand deliver to: 3293 Dellwood Terrace, LaBelle, FL 33935.

The owner reserves the right to hold all proposals for sixty (60) days and to reject any or all proposals, with or without cause, to waive technical errors and informalities or to accept the bid in its judgment best serves the owner.
