Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 1/23/2025, in Case No.: 2024CA002906 of the County Court in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein VALENCIA GREENS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and MICHELE M PIROZEK, et al., is/are the Defendant. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m., online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on 3/11/2025, the following described property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure:

Lot 71, VALENCIA GREENS, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 31, Page 144, Public Records of Orange County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
