NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 01, 2024, and entered in 23-CA-002419-AX of the Circuit Court of the FIFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Marion County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF RITA K. GETSELMAN N/K/A RITA KAY BURBRIDGE, DECEASED; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF LAWRENCE GETSELMAN, DECEASED; JOAN JOHNSON; MARY M.
