NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment dated November 15, 2024, and a subsequent Order of Court requiring a Re-Scheduling of the foreclosure sale set forth therein dated January 23, 2025 entered in Case No.: COCE 24-040501 of the County Court of the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit in and for Broward County, Florida, wherein Plaintiff, DRIFTWOOD BEACH CLUB ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida non-profit corporation, and Defendants, MARY M. SWEENEY, JAMES and CAROL CIBULA, and NANCY BUMPUS are parties, the Clerk shall offer for sale to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 oclock a.m. on March 4, 2025 at www.broward.realforeclose.com in accordance with 45.031, Fla. Parcel One: Lots 3 through 6 and 21 through 23 of Block 12, in Lauderdale-By-The-Sea, a subdivision, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 2, of the Public Records of Broward County, Florida, together with improvements thereon and appurtenances thereto, being a portion of the property (excluding Lot 4 of Block 7 and Lot 7 of Block 12) conveyed to Driftwood Beach Club, Inc., be deed of Chesapeake Holding Corp. Dated February 3, 1981, recorded in Official Records Book 9396, Page 246 of the Public Records of Broward County, Florida; and Parcel Two: Lot 20 of Block 12, of Lauderdale-By-The-Sea, a subdivision, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 2, of the Public Records of Broward County, Florida, together with improvements thereon and appurtenances thereto, being a portion of the property (excluding the leasehold interest) conveyed to Driftwood Beach Club, Inc., by quit claim deed of Leo B.
