NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment dated November 15, 2024, and a subsequent Order of Court requiring a Re-Scheduling of the foreclosure sale set forth therein dated January 23, 2025 entered in Case No.: COCE 24-040501 of the County Court of the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit in and for Broward County, Florida, wherein Plaintiff, DRIFTWOOD BEACH CLUB ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida non-profit corporation, and Defendants, MARY M.
