The CITY OF TALLAHASSEE seized the property described above on November 30, 2024 in Tallahassee, Leon County, Florida. On January 14, 2025, the CITY filed aComplaint for Order of Probable Cause and for Final Judgment and Order of Forfeiturewith the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Civil Division, 301 South Monroe Street, Tallahassee,Florida.

Whereas an Order of Probable Cause has been entered by the court, all persons, or entitieswithstanding to claim an interest in the above-described property shall, within 20 daysafter receipt of the Complaint and probable cause finding show cause by filing with theClerk of the Court responsive pleadings as to why a Final Judgment and Order ofForfeiture should not be entered against the above-described property. All claimants arefurther required to serve a copy of such pleadings upon THERESA A. FLURY, Police LegalAdvisor, 234 East Seventh Avenue, Tallahassee, Florida, 32303, within said time period.
