Village Center Community Development District is requesting bids from qualified firms for the Paradise Recreation Center Rebuild Project. Bid packages may be obtained from www.districtgov.org or www.demandstar.com. A MANDATORY pre-bid conference for all interested vendors will be held on February 26, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at the Paradise Recreation Center located at 1403 Paradise Dr., The Villages, FL 32159. Sealed or electronic bids must be received by 3:00pm on April 10, 2025, by the purchasing department at 3571 Kiessel Road, The Villages, FL 32163, and the bid opening will be held at 3:15pm at the same location.
