NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated February 6, 2025, issued in and for Putnam County, Florida, in Case No. 2024000157CAAXMX , wherein GITSIT SOLUTIONS LLC is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, SPOUSES, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF BETTY LOUISE SPENCER-SCHAUPP A/K/A BETTY LOUISE SCHAUPP, DECEASED, PENNIE RODRIGUEZ A/K/A PENNIE SPENCER A/K/A PENNIE HOLBROOK, SCOTT ROLAND SPENCER A/K/A SCOTTY SPENCER, DONALD FERN SPENCER A/K/A DONNIE SPENCER, SARAH WILLIAMS A/K/A SARAH SPENCER, JESSIE WAYNE SPENCER, JUSTIN MICHAEL SPENCER, LINSEY ANN SPENCER, JACEY RUTH SPENCER and DISCOVER BANK are the Defendants.
