NOTICE OF CONTINUED BOARD MEETING AND ATTORNEY-CLIENT SESSION

Notice is hereby given that the WildBlue Community Development District (District) Board of Supervisors (Board) will conduct the following attorney-client session during its continued regular board meeting:

Attorney-Client Session

February 27, 2025, at 3:00 p.m.

18721 WildBlue Boulevard

Fort Myers, Florida 33913

The attorney-client session, which is closed to the public, is being held pursuant to Section 286.011(8), Florida Statutes, to discuss settlement negotiations and strategy related to litigation expenditures concerning the ongoing litigation entitled Terry Kurth, derivatively on behalf of WildBlue Master Property Owners Association, Inc. v. Lennar Homes, LLC; Pulte Home Company, LLC; SDWB, LLC; SD WildBlue, LLC; WCI Communities, LLC; Barraco and Associates, Inc; Turrell, Hall &Associates, Inc., and WildBlue Community Development District, Case No: 2024-CA-1775. The following persons are anticipated to be in attendance at the attorney-client session: Aaron Milosevic, Christopher Hasty, David Myers, John Buchholz, Richard Bennington, David Gurley, Christopher Fiore, Wesley Haber, Chuck Adams, Shane Willis, Jonathan Armbruster, and a court reporter. The attorney-client session is expected to last approximately 120 minutes.

The continued board meeting begins at 3:00 p.m. on the same date and at the same location and will continue after the attorney-client session for the purpose of considering any business of the District. The continued board meeting is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law for community development districts. A copy of the agenda for the meeting may be obtained from the District Manager, Wrathell, Hunt & Associates, 2300 Glades Road, Suite 410W, Boca Raton, Florida 33431.

The board meeting may be continued to a date, time, and place approved by the Board on the record without additional publication of notice. There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors will participate by telephone.

A person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at the meeting is advised that the person will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is based.
