NOTICE OF CHANGE IN MEETING LOCATION

ISLAND LAKE ESTATES COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT

The Regular Meeting of the Board of Supervisors of the Island Lake Estates Community Development District is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, March 11, 2025 at 9:30 A.M., at the offices of Atwell, LLC, 4161 Tamiami Trail, Building 5, Unit 501, Port Charlotte, Florida 33952 on the following dates:

This meeting is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida Law for Community Development Districts. A copy of the agenda for this meeting may be obtained from the office of the District Manager, JPWard & Associates, LLC, 2301 NE 37th Street, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33308, at least seven (7) days in advance of the meeting, or by

phoning (954) 658-4900. In addition, the agendas will be posted on the Districts website at www.islandlakeestatescdd.org.

This meeting may be cancelled or continued to a date, time and location specified on the record at the meeting.
