You ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a claim of lien on the following property in Lake County, Florida:
Unit No. J-6, of SPANISH OAKS, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 685, Page 1675, together with a survey plot plan recorded in Condominium Exhibit Book 1, pages 40 through 44, Public Records of Lake County, Florida, and amendments, if any together with all appurtenances thereto, including au undivided interest in the common elements appertaining to the unit as more particularly set forth in the Declaration;
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Plaintiff’s attorney, whose. address is KAYE BENDER REMBAUM, P.L., 1200 Park Central Boulevard South, Pompano Beach, Florida 33064, on or before 30 days from the first publication date, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a Default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in 1he Complaint or Petition.
