NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A Public Hearing of the Putnam County Zoning Board of Adjustment will be held Wednesday, March 19, 2025, at 3:00 p.m., in the Board of County Commissioners Meeting Room, located at 2509 Crill Avenue, Suite 100, Palatka, Florida, to consider the following applications under the provisions of the Putnam County Land Development Code (Ordinance No. 2024-12, as amended):
CASE NO. #VAR25-000001: Variance from Sections 45-172 of the Land Development Code to allow for a four hundred (400) foot setback reduction from seven hundred and fifty (750) feet to three hundred and fifty (350) feet for a two hundred and twenty (220) foot tall communication tower on 4.94 +/- acres. The property is located at 2680 S. Highway 17, Crescent City FL, 32112, parcel #31-12-28-0000-0340-0000.
CASE NO. #VAR25-000002: Variance from Sections 45-172 of the Land Development Code to allow for a six hundred and twenty one and four tenths (621.4) foot setback reduction from seven hundred and fifty (750) feet to one hundred and twenty eight and six tenths (128.6) feet for a two hundred and sixty (260) foot tall communication tower on 636 +/- acres. The property is located at 1576 Stuart Ave, Interlachen FL, 32148, parcel #30-09-25-0000-0010-0000.
CASE NO. # SUP25-000003: Application by property owners Floridian Holdings LLC, for a Special Use Permit for a 12 +/- acre artificial pond and borrow area in the Agriculture (AG) zoning district provided for under Land Development Code (LDC) Section 45-72(c) (1) & LDC Section 45-72(e) (7). Located 533 CR 309, Welaka FL, 32193, Parcel # 33-11-26-0000-0090-0000.
