NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on July 10, 2025, through the Courthouse of Manatee County, Florida, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Angelina "Angel" Colonneso, Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller, shall offer for sale the following described real property:

The aforesaid sale will be made pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure in Civil Case No. 2024-CA-001065, now pending in the Circuit Court in Manatee County, Florida.
