COCONUT CAY

COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT

A regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors of the Coconut Cay Community Development District will be held on March 19, 2025, at 3:00 PM at the City of Miami Gardens City Hall, the Community Room, 18605 NW 27 Avenue, Miami Gardens, FL 33056. The meeting is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida Law for Community Development Districts. A copy of the agenda for this meeting may be obtained from the District Manager, 5385 N. Nob Hill Road, Sunrise, Florida 33351. This meeting may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meeting.
