REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) RFP # FY 2024-2025-00 CONSULTANT COMPETITIVE NEGOTIATION ACT (CCNA) CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL ARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING SERVICES ELECTRONIC RESPONSES ARE DUE: APRIL 17, 2025 NO LATER THAN 11:00 A.M. LATE SUBMITTALS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED OR CONSIDERED.PURPOSE: In accordance with Florida Statutes, Chapter 287, Section 287.055, Consultants Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA), the City of Hallandale Beach (City) and Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) are seeking proposals from all interested, experienced and qualified Firms to provide Continuing Professional Architectural and Engineering Consulting Services for City/CRA operations. Any professional services awarded through this RFP will be for Projects that do not exceed the thresholds set in Florida State Statute 287.055. MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS (MQRS): This Bid/Project contains Minimum Qualification Requirements (MQRs) that firms must meet to be deemed Responsive. Please read the MQRs found in the solicitation document.
