NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 13, 2025 and entered in Case No. 2024000115CAAXMX of the Circuit Court of the Judicial Circuit in and for Okeechobee County, Florida wherein CARRINGTON MORTGAGE SERVICES, LLC, is the Plaintiff and MONICA RITCHIE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MONICA RITCHIE; THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY-INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, are the Defendants. I, Jerald D.
