PUBLIC NOTICE

The Manatee County Floodplain Management Department hereby gives notice of the County's intent to revise the flood hazard information, generally located east of Bud Rhoden Road and 111th Street East. Specifically, the flood hazard information shall be revised in the Mandarin Grove Subdivision.

As a result of the revision, the 1% annual chance floodplain shall widen, narrow, and be established, and the 1% annual chance water-surface elevations shall be established within the area of revision..

Maps and a detailed analysis of the revision can be reviewed at the Manatee County Government Building and Development Services office at 1112 Manatee Avenue West, 4th Floor, Bradenton, FL 34205. Interested persons may call Manatee County Floodplain Section Manager, from 8am to 4pm Monday through Friday at 941-748-4501 ext. 3847.
