NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Amended Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 8, 2024 and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated April 3, 2025, entered in Civil Case No.: 2024 CA 000697 of the Circuit Court of the First Judicial Circuit in and for Escambia County, Florida, wherein NEWREZ LLC D/B/A SHELLPOINT MORTGAGE SERVICING, Plaintiff, and MICHAEL C. SAMARAS, II; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A JACQUELINE SAUCIER, are Defendants.

PAM CHILDERS, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.escambia.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 15th day of May, 2025, the following described real property as set forth in said Judgment, to wit:

LOT 10 AND THE SOUTH 1/2 OF LOT 11, BLOCK 1, OAKFIELD ACRES PARCEL 4, SECTION 28, TOWNSHIP 1 SOUTH, RANGE 30 WEST, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 40, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ESCAMBIA COUNTY, FLORIDA.

If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
