NOTICE OF RULE DEVELOPMENT BY

THE HARBOR BAY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT

In accordance with Chapters 190 and 120, Florida Statutes, the Harbor Bay Community Development District (District) hereby gives notice of intent to develop and adopt amendments to the rules and rates set forth in the Amended and Restated Amenities Rules Handbook.

The proposed amendments would revise, update and replace the current rules and rates set forth in the Amended and Restated Amenities Rules Handbook. The purpose and effect of the amendments to the rules and rates are to update policies and procedures and rates for operation and use of District facilities and enforcement of rules in order to provide for efficient and effective District operations and enforcement in connection with the Districts amenities including, but not limited to, the clubhouse, fitness center, pool, playgrounds, athletic courts, parks, and other amenities and facilities. Specific legal authority for the rules includes Sections 190.011(5), 190.011(15), 190.012(3), 190.035, 120.54, and 120.81(2), Florida Statutes.

A public hearing will be conducted by the District on May 15, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. at the MiraBay Clubhouse located at 107 Manns Harbor Drive, Apollo Beach, Florida 33572.
