The Executive Session is a closed session pursuant to section 286.011 of the Florida Statues for the purpose of discussing upcoming labor contract negotiation for the FKAA. The subject matter shall be confined to labor contract issues and/or strategy session related to contract bargaining.

The purpose of the Budget Workshop is to receive a presentation and discussion regarding the Authoritys Proposed Budget and Financial Plan for Fiscal Year 2026.

The purpose of the Regular Meeting is for the Board to take action on routine business matters for the Authority and to receive reports on operational aspects of the organization.
