NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE

MOODY RIVER ESTATES

COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT

The Regular Meeting of the Board of Supervisors (Board) of the MOODY RIVER ESTATES Community Development District (CDD) will take place on Thursday, May 15, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. at the Clubhouse at Moody River Estates, 3050 Moody River Boulevard, North Fort Myers, Florida 33903.

The Meeting is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law. A copy of the agenda may be obtained on the Districts Website 7 days in advance of the meeting at moodyrivercdd.net or by telephone or e-mail from the offices of the District Manager, c/o Premier District Management (District Managers Office) during normal business hours: 239-690-7100; cteague@cddmanagement.com. The meeting may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at such meeting.

There may be occasions when Board Supervisors or District staff may participate by speaker telephone or other remote communications technologies.
