The CRA is seeking qualifications for a development partner(Developer) to design, finance, construct, operate, and maintain amixed-use destination featuring restaurant, entertainment, recreation, and hotel amenities on a prime urban waterfront site in theCitys port and Marina District. This project will build on thestrategic investments of Phase I, which included a new EventCenter, marina expansions, infrastructure improvements, a festivalpark, and marina-side public promenade.
