The Clerk of the Court, DOUG CHORVAT JR., CGCIO, CPM, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at the Hernando County Courthouse, 20 N. Main Street, outside of Room 245, Brooksville, FL 34601 on July 8, 2025 at 11:00am, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

LOT 10, BLOCK 31, ROYAL HIGHLANDS, UNIT NO. 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGES 43 THROUGH 59, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HERNANDO COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE SOUTH 25 FEET OF BLOCK 31, LOT 10M RESERVED FOR DRAINAGE RIGHT OF WAY.

and commonly known as: 18063 PARROT ROAD, WEEKI WACHEE, FL 34614 (the Property).

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
