NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated May 1, 2025, entered in Case No.: 2024 CA 245 of the Circuit Court in and for Putnam County, Florida, wherein KALLIE NICOLE MCWILLIAMS, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KALLIE NICOLE MCWILLIAMS, ROBERT JOSEPH VIVIANO, II, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROBERT VIVIANO, II, MELROSE AREA PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. and UNKNOWN TENANTS, are the Defendants, that Matt Reynolds, the Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the Clerk of the Circuit Court, at www.putnam.realforeclose.com, on June 19, 2025 at 11:00 a.m., the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment:
LOT 7 BLOCK F MELROSE LANDING, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 29, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PUTNAM COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH A 2021 CHAMPION MODEL 56X32 MANUFACTURED HOME BEARING SERIAL NO.S: FL261-00P-H-B202596A AND FL261-00P-H-B202596B.
NOTICE IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS.
